Marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Heat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the lamb chops on the grill for approximately 3 minutes each side, or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 57\u00b0C for medium-rare. Let the chops rest for a few minutes, then enjoy.
