Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried rosemary, and thyme.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Spread the seasoned chicken backs in a single layer on a large baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast for 45-55 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 74\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Remove the roasted chicken from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
