Terms and conditions for the Bluff Meat Supply / Mndeni Meats Win Your Spend Back Competition
- The promoter is Bluff Meat Supply Pty Ltd (the Promoter).
- The promotion starts on 01 December 2023 and ends on 20 December 2023.
- This promotion is only open to all Bluff Meat Supply and Mndeni customer who:
3.1 Are 18 years and older.
3.2 Are not directors, partners, employees or agents of the Promoters or any other similarly connected individuals.
The competition: Shop between 01 and 20 December 2023 for a chance to win your spend back.
How to enter:
- To get an entry into the competition draw, purchase any of the following products with a “Stand a Chance to WIN sticker”; Leg of Lamb, Whole Chicken, Gammon (Bone-In/Boneless), Beef Tongue, Salt Beef or Roast Pack between 1 and 20 December 2023.
- You will receive one entry into the draw for every time you spend with us during the campaign period and purchase one of the marked products i.e. you will get 10 entries for 10 individual till-slips.
- Customers can enter as many times as they would like.
The prize draw and winner’s announcement:
- All qualifying till-slips will be entered into a random generated draw.
- Five winners will be drawn each week.
- Each winner will receive the value of their spend back capped at R5 000 per winner
- The prize money will be loaded onto Bluff Meat Supply store card.
- We will notify the winners by phone call or email each week until the 21 December 2023.
- Bluff Meat Supply reserves the right to contact a substitute winner if the winner cannot be contacted by 30 December 2023.
- The decision is final and Bluff Meat Supply will not enter into any correspondence about the decision.
- The winners may be announced on Bluff Meat Supply social media platforms.
Additional terms
- The Promoter has the right cancel or change the promotion rules by providing notice to participants. Participants will lose and abandon any rights they may have against the Promoter, its affiliates or associated companies to the extent permitted by law.
- If required by law or other legal reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to end this promotion immediately and without notice. If this happens, all participants agree to lose any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and understand and agree that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or their agents. The Promoter also has the right to end this promotion immediately and without notice if the promotion is held to be or becomes unlawful.
- Bluff Meat Supply is not responsible for any misrepresentation caused due to an unintentional copy error, typing error or missing content on any promotional material.
