1. What is the Meat Your Rewards Programme?
The Bluff Meat Supply Meat Your Rewards is a Loyalty Programme that gives exclusive and instant discounts on selected products advertised when you use your Meat Your Rewards Card as well as the ability to purchase vouchers and use these to pay for items in store.
2. Why should I register for Meat Your Rewards?
Unlike most Loyalty Programmes where you earn points as you spend, the BMS Meat Your Rewards allows members to receive instant discounts on selected products. We will also send you promo alerts via our App, the ability to convert funds into vouchers which you can save further for meat purchase, bank your change to save more, instant entry into Bluff Meat Supply competitions and much more.
3. Where do I get my Meat Your Rewards Card?
Go in-store and pick up your BMS Rewards Card.
4. I changed my mobile number do I need to update my profile?
Yes, in the event you have changed your mobile number you need to update this on your profile.
- Visit our in-store Customer Service Desk to update your profile
- Download the BMS App via the App or Google Play store and update your mobile number.
5. What happens if I do not update my mobile number?
If your mobile number is not updated, then you may lose out on receiving our promotional alerts and competition entries.
6. Where am I able to view my voucher balance?
Your Meat Rewards voucher balance can be viewed through the following channels:
- Register on the BMS App to access your BMS Rewards profile and Rewards voucher balance.
- When you shop and swipe your BMS Rewards Card in-store, your Rewards voucher balance will appear on your till slip.
- Visit the Customer Service Desk in-store and one of our Customer Service Consultants will provide you with your Rewards voucher balance.
7. What happens if I lose my Rewards Card?
If your Rewards card is lost or stolen, simply report this in-store, or via our Customer Service Desk line which can be contacted on 087 821 8696 or via email on loyalty@bluffmeatsupply.co.za. A new Rewards Card can be issued immediately in-store.
8. Can I link multiple Meat Your Rewards Cards to my account?
Only one Meat Your Rewards Card can be associated with your profile.
9. How can I redeem my Reward Voucher rewards?
Your Rewards vouchers can be redeemed at any time. Simple swipe your card in-store and inform the cashier you would like to pay with your vouchers.
10. I did not receive a discount when I should have, what should I do?
If you did not receive a discount for a purchase, please check that you are registered for Meat Your Rewards.
If you used a card to redeem, please ensure the card is linked to your account.
- Visit our in-store Customer Service Desk to verify your mobile number is linked
- Download our App on the App or Google Play store to check your account.
Double check that the products you expected to receive the discount on are available. Ensure that you have not exceeded the maximum purchase limit for each product related to the Reward as indicated on the promotion details.
If you have verified the above and are still unsure why you did not receive a discount, please contact our Customer Care Desk Line on 087 821 8696 (Mon – Fri 8AM-4PM).
11. How do I deactivate my Meat Your Rewards account?
If you are sure you wish to deactivate your account, you can use any of the methods outlined below. Note you can register again at any time, but your previous account history will be lost.
In-Store: Visit our Customer Service Desk and our friendly consultant will guide you through the process.
BMS App: Launch the application and tap the “My Account” menu option and then tap “My Settings”. Follow the on-screen instructions to deactivate your account.
