At Bluff Meat Supply, our customers take priority. We always strive in ensuring that our products meet great quality standards and consumers’ satisfaction. We continue to support our customers and are committed to protecting the consumer in support of the Consumers Protection Act.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we’re here to help, within reason! We offer returns and exchanges on the basis that the defective product with its packaging label, and/or till slip are supplied within 10 days of purchase.
You can return your product to the store you bought from in exchange for the same product or a voucher of the same value to use at any of our stores.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Frozen meat that was bought fresh for home freezing will only be accepted if it hasn’t been longer than 2 weeks from the day of purchase. Must be returned with its original packaging & label and with a till slip.
• Returned product must have no visible signs of being tampered with.
