Creamy Beef Liver

Ingredients

  • 1kg beef liver, cut into cubes
  • ½ peppers (green and red)
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 250g cup peri-peri sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Method

  1. In a frying pot, add olive oil.
  2. Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and paprika, then cook until the onion is cooked through.
  4. Add the liver and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add cream, peri-peri sauce, and peppers.
  6. Simmer for 8-10 minutes and serve.
