Roasted Lamb Rack, Fresh Veggies and Garlic mash
- 3FINGER LAMB RACK u will need
- 2cloves of fresh garlic
- 1/2red onion
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh mint
- Salt & pepper for ur own
- 2tbls olive oil
Method
Finally chop all fresh ingredients and mix all together
Rub it onto the lamb rack making a crust form
Lay lamb rack in some foil and into a oven dish.
Ore heat oven to 180c°
Place lamb rack into the oven and roast for 45min.

Broccoli
Babe morrow
Green beans
Add these veggies to the same oven dish as your lamb rack at ur 30min mark leaving your
veggies to roast with your lamb for the last 15min of its Pme giving ur veggies an awesome
roasted flavor from the lamb and fresh herbs.
When taking the lamb rack out of the oven leave it to rest for about 3/4min before serving.
Caramelized babe carrots!!!
Steam babe carrots for 15min
In a pan add
1tabls buSer
2tabls brown sugar
Leave the buSer to melt well adding the sugar toss in the babe carrots for approximately
5min Pll golden brown.
Creamy garlic mash
Boil
3potatos foe about 20/30min Pll soT
Drain water from the potatos & add
1tbls buSer
100ml fresh cream
Garlic salt
Pepper for ur own taste.
